My favourite Smoothie

Put in a blender or juicer:

hand full of organic fresh spinach or kale

 1 banana not too ripe

1/2 cup of frozen blueberries or fresh when in sesaon

2 tbsp of coconut or almond plain yogurt

 3 tbsp of hemps hearts

2 tbsp of grounded chia seeds

2 tbsp of grounded flax seeds

 1 tbsp of maple syrup

Water as needed I like mine cold so I usually add a few ice cubes

Variance: you could use other berries in season, I use blueberries for their antioxidant properties

This smoothie has 28 g of fibre and 19 g of protein. A good way to start you day!
